There comes a time in every young foal's life when they grow up and have to leave what they know so that they can get on with the next stage in their grand adventure.
The time has come for Max to leave Massie Lodge and go up north to where his owner lives, not only so that they can get to know him and love him as we do, so that he can get on with the next stage of his life - an exciting time of growing, learning and hopefully reaching his full potential on the racetrack.
We haven't had a moments trouble with Max, he is a very intelligent boy who has been a real joy to have around.
We'll be keeping an eye on you Maxybabe. Grow tall and run fast.
